  • Germany: free shipping for orders over 49 €. Otherwise 3,90 €
  • Kosovo & Switzerland: 10,00 €
  • all EU member states: 7,50 €
  • all other European countries: 10,00 €
  • USA / Canada : 15,00 €

Within Germany usually 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday)
Our shipping partner is DHL and Deutsche Post. Most of the time we send the products as consignment
You will be informed with a notification card in your mailbox where you can pick up the package. If it doesn’t get picked up after 5 business days, the package will be returned to us.
Yes, we also ship to “DHL-Packstation”

Order

On 1218BEAUTY.com you can pay by credit card (Master & Visa card), by Paypal or by instant bank transfer.
Please send us a mail in order for us to check your purchase and possibly fulfill your request.
Unfortunately, payment by cash on delivery is not possible. But you can pay by credit card (Master & Visa card), by Paypal or by Sofortüberweisung

The following special features apply to orders from Switzerland:

  • The German VAT will not be charged, but the Swiss VAT will be charged at the border.
  •  Depending on the value of your goods, customs duties will be charged.
  • Shipping from Switzerland takes a few days longer than within Germany.

If you didn’t get a Pre-Access Pass, you can enter the store with all other customers at the regular time. Returns

You are welcome to return the unopened product to us. Unfortunately, 1218Beauty will not cover the shipping costs.

Vegan friendly products are those that do not contain ingredients derived from animals. We try to formulate our products as vegan as possible, but some products may contain beeswax or carmine. For more detailed information, you can always look at the ingredients of the products.

Most of our products are made in Germany with high quality standards. Some countries are specialized in certain products, therefore we are always looking all around the world to find the best supplier for each product.
All our products are paraben free. We always pay attention to the ingredients in the development of the product and do our best to keep the quality of the products high.
